Nepal Earthquake Response

I just wanted to let you guys know that I applied to be a part of the Nepal Earthquake Response team in August 23rd – September 1st.

With other 80 million people affected and over 2.8 million people displaced, they need a lot of help right now with the clean updistributing water andfood supplies.

I’m compelled to go because I feel like there’s more to life than just living in my American bubble and I also believe that the greatest mission is not about what you can take from life but what we can add back to life in the form of serving and helping others in their times of need.

I am asking friends and family to help support me on this mission trip to Nepal by making a small donation or love offering.  Your funds will go towards purchasing emergency medical supplies (shelter and sanitation kits), clean drinking water, and food for those have been affected. We will also beworking to rubble removal and deconstruction of unsafe buildings, and building Temporary Learning Centers so that children can return to school and regain a sense of normalcy in their lives.

If you can help out that would be wonderful, but if you can’t, just keep me in your prayers as God prepares my heart, my mind, and body to be the best shape to go and serve.

I will also be working on putting together a video from the trip, and document our restoration efforts. Hopefully it can inspire others to get involved as well and to get out there to be a part of something bigger than themselves.

Thank you all I’m advance for your love and support.
